Pros

Staffs are enthusiastic and friendly. They strive to provide great customer service which is a great place to work at. Pay is pretty good especially with the daily OT rate.

Cons

Graveyard shifts. Really long working hours, OT is pretty common especially if you work during the peak period (i.e Christmas).

Pros

Staff discounts are definitely a plus. Colleagues are also fun to work with. Working environment is fun.

Cons

Expected to welcome customers even where there are none in my sight. Extremely stressful on mornings when new stocks come in. Must work on Saturdays and Sundays.
