Work life balance was horrible, senior management was not understanding.

- No work-life balance. Scheduling is released the Friday before the following week, so its very difficult to plan your life around work scheduling. - Staff development was poor. A lot of my training was neglected or constantly pushed to the side in favor of getting immediate tasks done. -Disorganized- For an international brand its surprising how little the company invests in its infrastructure in terms of technology, resulting in management wasting time on many simple tasks that could be done in smarter and more efficient ways. - Blame-game- There's a lot of finger pointing for mistakes, but ultimately only results in shaming the one who made the mistake, rather than looking at root causes and why certain things occur.
