Pros
Base pay is competitive. Can get a raise after first 6 months, Everyone is really nice though, positive environment, long as you show effort you can move upon the company, They make you feel like you have an individual impact on the direction of the company and the sales.
Cons
must be available at least 4 days, management is kinda tough : if you don't like being challenged on a hourly basis , then this isn't for you.
