Pros

The managers are great and the coworkers are kind. People encourage you to work hard and do your best without tearing you down for making a mistake. There are a lot of rules, but they make sense and are easy to follow once you've been trained to know what they are. The training here is also excellent -- you get 5 days in which you learn everything there is to know about working at Uniqlo and are able to ask questions and learn without the pressure of customers and managers being there early on.

Cons

None so far! I really love working here.

Pros

Friendly people to work with. Supervisors are willing to teach. You really get to learn a lot of stuff. You are required to know everything from fitting room to cashier. The store discount is standard in my opinion.

Cons

Starting pay is lower than it normally is. 99.9% of the time you will stay later than your assigned shift. Sometimes you stay past midnight even though you next shift starts at 6 AM. There's a strict dress code. Lots of standards to memorize and follow. They expect you to get an A+ after you learned it once.

Pros

Opportunity to progress throughout the company 30% discount throughout uniqlo, and discount at Fast retailing stores If management sees potential in you then they would encourage and support you to get promoted. Friendly staff, good management. Good working atmostphere. You will never be bored as there is always replen or tidying to so.

Cons

They give you lots to do within an allocated time, usually unrealistic. The expect too much for such little pay. Just over the minimum wage. Have to take pass a test and interview to be promoted. No social life, due to 7am starts or 10.30pm finishes. Have to do clean entire shop floor every morning. Saturday and global photos are taken which take up much time during the day when we could be serving customers.
