Pros

The people you meet are great. Discount is also fairly generous but can't use it on limited offers.

Cons

Number 1 problem is management. There's a huge culture clash between western vs japanese style managers.

Pros

The interview was quite easy. You will have a good staff discount, 30% off The best of this experience was the nice team I was working with.

Cons

No flexibility regarding timetable You have to clean the shop entirely, always the same people who clean. STANDARDS, STANDARDS, STANDARDS, all day everyday. Very long hours, you'll finish later almost everyday. Management don't care about employees. Lack of communication between management and employees.
