      Pay rate is a bit higher than the minimum wages. The people were nice.

      Pros

      - The people you work with are truly wonderful and lovely - A great emphasis on team-work (which actually works!) - Get to do a range of tasks everyday (e.g. cashier, fitting room, salesfloor, stockroom) so you're not just stuck doing one particular job - Generous staff discount - Leaders are great

      Cons

      - Like any retail/customer service job, you will come into contact with some difficult people - Sometimes there won't be enough staff to work on a day which can get quite stressful - Can be hard to keep up with all the products (product knowledge)

      Pros

      Fun place to work with lots of nice co-worders, potential for evolutions for those who are committed. Very good experience to manage a store and see all the activities that need to be achieve It is the best fashion retail training on the highstreet as the staff is very responsible and multitasking (in comparison to brands like H&M or Zara where one employee always has the same role) Great brand with great products

      Cons

      Top managers forget the realities of the business, no consideration for the staff. Schedules given with very short notice, no work-life balance. Because of the high turnover, it's a ongoing training process
