Pros

Good team environment. A lot of good and friendly people. You also get discount on their clothing as well.

Cons

Average to poor management. A lot of competition to grow and be promoted. Senior supervisors only recommend those they are friends with. Need to work very hard if you want to get noticed or promoted.

Pros

Working here is somewhat great as it has a number of employee benefits and discounts for staff. At the same time you will not be bored working here as there are plenty of things to keep you busy, and time flies really fast

Cons

Work life balance seems pretty off here. Management will tend to extend your working hours almost every single time. bad schedules, a lot of responsibility and work. And not to mention the strict work environment.
