      Nothing really that I can think of. Not really worth my while there.

      Long working hours. Ambiguous working schedule leading to poor work-life balance.

      30% discount Customer Service Oriented High expectations to employees

      Cons

      Fails to mention constant changes in layout clothing or new clothing, leaving most employees clueless when helping customers. Not enough training given to employees, leaving them unprepared or lack of knowledge of the store. Messy system in finding stock for certain clothes No guarantee of your days/hours chosen, there are times where you will start extremely early or have to work passed store hours/ next day.

      Pros

      - Good progression with 3 monthly & 6 monthly reviews and opportunities to progress from Customer Advisor -> Customer Advisor Silver -> Supervisor & so forth. - Decent 30% discount, including sale items, opportunity to attend sample sales. - Fresh retailer image & good corporate mantra.

      Cons

      - Can be monotonous, Managers are obsessed with store standards, while you rarely see them getting their hands dirty. - Cleaning of the entire store, right down to the toilets, ew! Also meaning ridiculously early starting times, and late finishing times, leaving you with a lack of work/life balance. - Lack of real training, progression is based on an "exam"
