Pros

Opportunity for advancement every 3 months, if evaluated. Competitive wages. Fun environment if you can get over the negatives and the overbearing Japanese ex-pat managers.

Cons

No communication between managers and associates, no respect for home/work balance, lots of favoritism, does not EVER want to pay overtime

Pros

30% discount You can make good connections and friends

Cons

Terrible management, they lack communicaion beteen each other. Unnessary floor plan moves espically when we dont have enough merchandise to fill it. Have to wear all black like your mourning a death. In order to get a raise you must work yourself like a dog, except in certain sections like fitting room where you never advance. Schedules part time workers for 40 hours and refuses to give benefits.
