Pros

Well-payed compared to other retail jobs. Fast-paced so you won't ever be bored. Meet people from all over the world. Potential chance of travel to Japan for work / other stores in Europe.

Cons

Stressful, strict rules and procedures for doing things - not encouraged to do things in your own way, favouritism / special treatment for certain people and not for others. Strange system for promotion, if they don't like you for some reason you'll be stuck with small hope of promotion in the future.

Pros

You will learn quite abit of its culture and if you are keen in the retail service line, you can pick up a few skills over there as well.

Cons

It might be alittle too strict but overall, its still fun working there
