Pros

“There may be many negative comments about working here, some of which are undeniably true. However, it’s not a bad place once you get used to it. You’ll meet a wide variety of people and make friends, while also gaining valuable experience and improving your professionalism as a retail associate. Every customer interaction is an opportunity to grow, since you represent the brand.

Cons

Work can get really hectic, and from time to time, you’ll encounter difficult customers. Sometimes you may finish late, but at least you can claim your cab fare back. The job itself is physically demanding, so it’s important to take care of your health. And if you’re particularly good at something—whether managing the fitting room, handling the cashier, or tidying the sales floor—you’ll often be assigned that role for nearly half of your shifts, and it can get repetitive and tiring.
