Recent Acquisition now provides worldwide reach and global best practices know how. Small tight knit group + opportunity to learn and grow. Low turnover - most employees are long term.

Cons

New protocols and processes still being digested due to acquisition. Sometimes wearing many hats with multiple role responsibilities. Recent reshuffling of structure in process of settling down.

- Learn Technology - Uses technologies to the max for the product features. - Makes use of your skills and facilitate to expand at the max. - Open Door policy - where you can meet any person @ the floor irrespective of designation or position. - A good appraisal system where your views will be taken and inputs given to you on your performance.

- Works with Custom process than using industry standard process like scrum or agile

With all humility, we admit that 2017 was not such a good year in UBS. But its the thing of the past. UBS, having realized the shortcomings, is bringing about radical changes to its policies and processes for better Employee engagement. Much is being done, but more needs to be done. Employee satisfaction is of paramount importance to UBS, and senior management will thrive for it. Thank you for your candid feedback.
