      Pros

      It was a learning experience, and I enjoyed helping the people that were clients. I also learned a lot of things that I didn't know.

      Cons

      I believe I was not given enough time to get the most of the experience of the job. I wish I could have been in the field I was more familiar with such as data entry.

      you get to meet poeple wjho had experience a lot of emotion and work individually with them and try to create a safe and comfortable environment for them

      deaiing with poeple who don't want to be help who just want to destory the enviroment that you create for them to be comforable in

      The mission of the services provided to those with physical and mental disabilities as well as AIDS is positive.

      Cons

      The senior team tends to be disrespectful at times to their management team. The morale is very low and staff are intimidated in speaking out.
