      Pros

      Great Teamwork, staff and management are truly vested and committed in the work they do in serving the individuals.

      Cons

      There have been little raises for staff for years. Lobbying OPWDD for more money and higher wages for direct support professionals.

      The mission of what the employees do for the clients are exceptional.

      Cons

      Senior management do not appreciation the hard work and dedication given by the staff that are employed at this organization. The lack of respect from senior management makes it a toxin place to work.
