Pros

The compensation plan is great very easy to make $80K your first year. The culture of the company is very sales oriented and "performers" are well rewarded. The product is something that is easy to sell and does truly help small and medium size business.

Cons

Not a lot of additional product training after initial training upon being hired.

Pros

Transportation will always be a viable career. Asset based carriers continue to rely on brokers to solicit business from the SMB segment. Unishippers is a tier 1 3pl and is highly regarded by the carriers.

Cons

Very competitive and requires a lot of cold calling and follow up. Very easy to lose motivation because of rude people.
