Unhealthy/toxic work environment/culture! They do not value or trust their employees. They force employees to work on 'paid holidays'. Management plays favorites. You can never express your concerns or bring forth issues as it will only make management have a personal vendetta against you. HR does nothing about issues either. This made me feel anxious every day about my job security. The operations team is meant to be the punching bag for unhappy customers due to decisions implemented by upper management NO INCENTIVES Over budget which meant taking away OT opportunities Added responsibilities with zero compensation Zero merit raises and zero adjustments to help with the cost of living No one will ever make you feel valued or appreciate the hard work you do
