      Pros

      The compensation package was competitive. The work atmosphere was fun and casual and the work could be interesting at time.

      Cons

      I didn't really feel respected there and there was no real room for growth. At times, the atmosphere could be a bit too unprofessional.

      Unlimited Compensation potential - get rewarded for hard work, Platinum Club trips with friend/significant other - each year get rewarded to a nice all inclusive vacation along with spending money, flexible schedule for self-motivated people
