      Pros

      Great work environment, lots of help for newbies. Also the management is great.

      There is not a lot of room for growth. It's almost imposible to sell a product that does not have a competitive price

      Can make money only if you sell freight

      Cons

      Outside sales- I was hired 2 months after my manager, only to find that out once in training a month later, this has reflected in my one on one training, I do not have any peers to relate to and throw around ideas, regardless this is sales, focus only on selling freight there is no margin in UPS and your commissions will reflect this and it is a much longer close in the sales cycle
