Pros

Great training, coworkers and friendly, knowledgable HR staff that is very responsive and caring about employees and their benefits.

Cons

This company will use you, lie to you about growth opportunities and burn you out. Work life balance is non- existent. at the supervisor and management levels. Recognition exists, but is subjective. Senior management doesn't take the time to appreciate anyone unless the are in front of upper management.

Not a good fit for older or ethnic employee's. Promotes Anglo young males.
