Pros
The ability to see financial gain based on your effort. You are able to see immediate growth based on the work you put in. The bonus, commission, and incentive schedule is extremely attractive. It's a real winning culture at Unishippers.
Cons
In Regards to the Shipping Consiltant Position: This is not a place for the weak hearted. If you are looking for a landing spot where you won't be graded on performance and growth then this is not a place for you. If you are looking to fade away in the background of a sea of employees with no desire or drive for success ..... this isn't for you. I wouldn't call that a negative though...but would caution people with low energy/drive to look elsewhere. Those type of people should avoid this challenge and go find a job pushing candy bars or staplers or something easy like that.
