The culture is second to none. I may be biased, and my franchise might differ from others, but the work environment is as good as it gets. There is a ton of super young raw talent. Everyone is hungry to grind and make as much money as possible at a young age. This company mainly hires ex-college athletes, so if you fit the criteria, you'll thrive in this uber competitive, fast-paced atmosphere.

Cons

Until you establish your book of business, there are many, many cold calls in the beginning. Must be able to deal with rejection often! Work life balance is challenging at the start. You'll figure it out eventually.
