      Owners are very innovative and extremely supportive of employees, adapting to changes in the every changing freight and small parcel industry. Great leadership and comradery.

      - Executives are down to earth and understand how your role works in the company, because they were in your position at one time in their career! - Family focused environment, they provide options for benefits that fit your family situation. - Atmosphere is amazing, fun place to work in all parts of the country. Examples: Taco Tuesday, Happy Hour Friday, - Upper management has a clear philosophy and your are part of the goal. A clear career path is set for you. - Performance is rewarded and recognized, and commissions for sales. - The training program is planned out in a University type setting, where you get to learn then execute, then learn more and then execute. 101, 102, 201, type format. - If you are looking for a career in the shipping industry this program has many avenues for you to grow and be part of the company. Unishippers has a variety of growth, Sales, Operations, Customer Service, IT, Administration, and HR. - This industry will never go away, something has to be shipped everyday.

      - Pay increases once a year in a merit process - Fridge is not stocked frequently enough - Music selection is very limited
