      Pros

      Control your schedule, easier sell (no signatures are required), fair / good payment and commission structure, no sales skills required, living in southern California presents a lot of door to door sales opportunities, other experienced reps that are willing to share the secrets to their successes. Best overall Pro would be the Work / Life balance especially after proving you can self manage and be on a Platinum Pace Sales Level.

      Cons

      MUST be self disciplined, goal oriented, numbers driven, must bring energy and enthusiasm, people person, outgoing and professional, it can help to live somewhat within a hour of the office. Must generate your own leads, best way possible is old fashion door to door (40-50, 2x-4X per week)

      Fun and rewarding at this office... KASEL / So Cal

      Pros

      Fun group of people but focused on results. This franchise including the owner and employees wants to win top honors every year. We like to win Platinum Club and I have done that multiple years.

      Cons

      Lot of door knocking. I dont mind because it is actually fun but some people cant handle it. It's call sales ..... you get out if it what you put into it. Dont be lazy and you can make good money.... especially at this franchise where they pay well for good performance.

      Pros

      What a great company! Everyday is new and exciting. The office has lots of energy and every day provides for a new unique challenges. The team consists of competitive individuals that are committed to winning; as a team and toward individually. Hard work is appreciated and rewarded every month. The system provides a model of uncapped earning potential so the sky is truly the limit when it comes to compensation. The company parties, retreats, and mission to obtain Platinum Club status is really great!

      Cons

      At this office, those who are not committed to the team, to winning, and being productive do not have a place in the group. I wouldn't call that a Con though...
