Pros

Great work environment. I started off as a sales rep and worked my way into management. The thing I love most is the product we sell. We provide small to medium size businesses great savings and offer better shipping solutions. Your in control of your own money. The harder you work the more money you will make.

Cons

You have to be willing to put in the work. If you dont like cold calling this job is not for you. This is not the type of job where you can just kick back and relax. It demands a ton of effort but you will get paid on that effort.

Pros

Young, energetic and competitor work environment with a lot of ex athletes. Very family oriented and we celebrate each other's successes. Very solid benefits and commission structure. Not micromanaged and able to construct your own work schedule within reason. Hard work results in becoming a Platinum Club Member and a free all inclusive vacation for two - not too bad.

Cons

Cold calling a competitive market daily. Hitting 50 doors or making 100 cold calls over the phone isn't for everyone. All sales generated soley on yourself in a sink or swim market. Those that struggle in this job directly correlates with too much freedom. Employees must be self motivated and disciplined to be successful because management isn't constantly monitoring your every move. Most people assume that they prefer this way of management however, not everyone can perform in this type of environment.
