      Pros

      The work environment is excellent - so much to learn about networking. They'll bring in people who may not have the most experience because they'll accept a lower starting rate - it's how the contact is structured. It's not the company's fault, and the education and exposure makes you more profitable for your next career. The company is understanding and leaves you alone as long as you do your job. Great starter job / 2nd job.

      Cons

      Salary is low after 2-3 years of working here, and due to the structure of our contract, bonuses and raises are slim to never.

      Pros

      Lower management is for the most part aligned with work being done and supportive of the work. Lower management is for the most part an aggressive ally if employees are job capable and dedicated.

      Cons

      Middle management are aggressively look for ways to cut employees, salaries, work environment etc. This wouldn't be so bad if it had a rhyme or reason to it. They generally don't understand what is happening in the trenches. Possibly they are getting bad information or trust the wrong sources of information. Information Security and Local and Wide area Network employees have no real growth path. There are not many lateral abilities for employees to move.
