Initial salary is comparable to the market standard. A good steppingstone for graduate as you will have the chance to work on mid to large size projects. Flexible working hours

Cons

Salary increment is essentially none, management have no direction, company is out of sync with technology trend. Too eager on getting project from customer but doesn't prepare their team to handle the work.
