      Pros

      The money was pretty good.

      Cons

      I hated it there. I've never been subject to such a stifled, toxic atmosphere of managerial incompetence, paranoia and general all-around nastiness. When it began to affect my health I left as quickly as I could line something else up.

      Pros

      A good place for a freshers to kick start career as you would be driven and tested to your limits.

      Cons

      Higher Management is all focused on making profits which in-turn is used to clear company's debts. Forced to work on multiple clients / accounts, focusing on Shared work culture. ensured to be squeezed till double the worth of every penny spent on a person. MAX 5-8 % hikes on yearly appraisals with no Bonus. 0% hike on internal movements. HR is management's puppet and is only for hiring.
