      Pros

      Work life balance is good. Working from home 1-2 days/week is possible with some roles There are some great people at all levels in Unisys.

      Cons

      Some of the management seem devoid of a vision to grow the business In Australia. It's not great for career advancement either. And there is a fair bit of politics in the office; it is subtle, but you become aware of it after a while.
