      1. Wide portfolio of services/technology 2. Very knowledgeable partners/colleagues onsite (most are having industry experience of 20+ years; hence a lot to learn from them) 3. I was reporting to Unisys US, so had complete flexibility of WFH as long u deliver 4. Huge opportunity to growth if you can embrace change 5. Exposure to client facing roles 6. Decent pay hike (less variable)
