      Poorly Managed Projects, and Employees are Treated as Expendable

      Pros

      Lower management was generally very good, and my coworkers were generally nice.

      Cons

      The company is on shakey financial footing, and is bidding contracts in an unrealistic fashion. Long story short, they are working their salaried staff to death to compensate for their lack of planning, and so that they do not need to hire more head-count or pay hourly staff overtime. They weren't even apologetic about this. There was no training, and miniscule or no raises.
