-Excellent remote connectivity makes for good work/life balance. -Company has cut a lot of dead wood and streamlined many processes. -Diverse and Talented co-workers -Better than average starting salary
Cons
-Strong internal focus deters revenue growth -Archaic corporate culture -Ceaseless good old boy politics; not what you know but who you know -Top heavy, ineffective senior management -Must negotiate a great starting salary as increases are practically non-existent -Constant cost cutting and layoffs; company has cut roughly 50% of jobs in the past 6 years except at the executive level
