      Good Company to work with ; Ideal for learning and grooming new ideas ;Good work life balance and Work from home option is good for employees

      Cons

      Pathetic Managers; Need to have some decency when talking to employees. Managers don't know what are the priorities of the company and few managers hardly work for 5 hours per day but they expect team to slog for 9-10 hours per day

      Flexible timings, motivating management, Free work culture, Get to work on core technlogies, focus on technical focus groups and good cab facility

      Cons

      Management is very lethargic and keeps on making false promises, Not good in terms of appraisals and hikes, work is on very old technologies.
