      Pros

      training is good. you get NSA, which helps ur salary to boost up to 18000 rs. Otherwise it is 15000rs.

      Cons

      Internals politics is visible. After training there is no fun at work. Only share desk people has fun. Microsoft people gets intense training with only 5-15 mins break. People has grudges on each others and it affects the trainees. No 2 people knows the exact same thing in unisys. Very disappointing organisation to work with.

      Very good Company for freshers, Peoples are very cooperative and helpful in Nature. Benefits are good, Work from home option available.

      Cons

      Senior Management should need to look into the lower level as well.

      My colleagues (non management) including Site Team Leaders were excellent! Helpful, supportive and appreciative of the work I conducted over the 5 year stretch. The unique challengers thrown at you are rewarding in its own right however...

      Cons

      Pay rises are taboo... Dont ask for one... Go above and beyond\ work through your lunch break\ stay back without asking overtime... Management doesn't care... Turn up to work late... Be targeted for the next month by management.... Make a suggestion to help your team process different contracts efficiently... Expect to be yelled and sworn at by management.... Take a day off to care for a sick child... Management assumes you are ducking your responsibilities at work... Expect to have your responsibilities increased annually but dont you dare expect a thank you from management...
