      Pros

      A very cushy support structure. You have all the time in the world to come up to speed. That's to be expected with traditional old line corporate structures. Having above average skills is easy in this environment.

      Cons

      Changes come with no warning. Things go bad and slips are made with no repercussions, then one day someone wants your head.

      good located, it is allowed to share our opinions/requests , open minded thinking,opportunity for contious development, team working is important and valued

      near to the deepest underground of the city, it could be needed to open more back office positions
