      I'd say the best are the hours and schedules offered as well as the different projects which are available to work in

      Cons

      the biggest con I have so far is advancement seems to be very slow and very political, as it is with any job I guess.

      Constantly downsizing and then off shoring

      Pros

      Direct managers try to be supportive when they can.

      Cons

      Change implemented that does not benefit the company as a whole. Off shore jobs where they replace 1 person with 2 - 6 employees which does nothing to get the work done and foster communication.

      Flexible Workplace, no opportunity to advance, no raises

      Pros

      Autonomy. If you do a decent job, upper management will not interfere with you.

      Cons

      No raises and pay cut of 15% across the board. Constant reorganizations. I've had several bosses and have only met one direct supervisor face to face. Very little praise for doing a good job.
