      International Company Some good products and solutions.

      Lack of dignity and respect. Poor career options. Not allowed to challenge the status quo. No work/life balance. Management lacks people skills.

      There is no opportunity for growth. Although there are career paths for some, most of us have no advancement and a very stalled career.

      middle and senior level managers enjoy higher salary benefits, more importance to cut cost by HQ and not much progress in improving business
