      Pros

      Company provides new employees the opportunity to excel. Managers encourage and recognize certifications. If you are dedicated and strive for excellence, you will be recognized. Staff competent with good technical skills.

      Cons

      Not serious about staff reviews and promotion. Virtually no pay increase based on past accomplishments. Middle managers are not empowered to make tough decisions for the benefit of their staff. Preferential treatment to certain staff members. Double standard enforcing policies.
