      Pros

      Not much to add here except peers are mostly excelent to work with. Director level and above though still has a lot to be desired.

      Cons

      Some team members were very disruptive to the overall goals of the company. Salaries have been held back for years. Employee recognition does not exist as it is all about the salary. No 401K matching for a long time. No stock purchase plans. Too much buddy back rubbing. Managers do not listen or coach effectively.

      Great benefits package Provided training opportunities and classes on most new products Management was very informative about status of company Company was very up front about pending lay-offs due to drop in business of certain divisions

      Cons

      No ongoing training on existing products Pay was low for type of work being performed
