      Pros

      Pay and benefits were good. The people I worked with were knowledgeable and competent. Job was pretty flexible regarding day to day activity.

      Cons

      Vision of senior management was very dissappointing. Turnover at the upper levels was high and very concerning. No consistent leadership.

      * freedom to do what is necessary, with what little resources we have left, to achieve positive results. *home based *benefits/compensation

      Cons

      *C- Level gives the appearance of setting the company up for divestiture rather than truly turning it around. *Company seems to be in downward spiral since early 2008. *Senior management seems disconnected from field managers that actually have the pulse of the client on a daily basis *layoffs are rampant and so many have taken place that they are well in to the layers of reducing those that produce positive results and genuinely trying to produce positive results. *IMPOSSIBLE to further control cost (aka Reduce workforce) to become profitable, but they continue to do regardless of effect.
