      Unisys has its pros and cons

      Pros

      Management is respectful and grateful to staff who perform well. Managers are polite, smart and easy to get along with. Time off is liberal and the schedule is flexible.

      Cons

      Unisys is plagued by top heavy mangers that act like a goverment run organization - creating an inability to compete and an unsustainable business model. Long term financial problems are killing creativiity and middle managers. Ed Coleman has decimated the company and its now in slash and burn/re-sell mode...

      Pros

      Flextime, work from home, interesting client base to work for, generally large project experience, good knowledge management portals for project based information collaboration.

      Cons

      Very limited benefits, no 401k matching anymore, high turnover, very unhappy employees, company strategy and focus is always changing, lots of older set in thier ways employees. Most jobs have now been outsourced to India.
