      good work/life balance and people are nice.

      Cons

      advancement is very limited and compensation package/PTO is not good at all.

      It's pretty clear that Unisys will not be around much longer in the US

      Pros

      The best thing that the team leads and supervisors don't monitor your calls much unless you mess up really badly so you don't necessarily need to use your over bubbly voice to talking about clearing cookies/cache

      Cons

      no raise, bonus changes per paycheck, poorly staffed at times, only criticism from supervisors, stupid implementation of worthless processes.

      Compensation Is good, but be sure to get it coming in.

      Cons

      Benefits are non-existent. Raises are non-existent. Cuts have gone way past being painful. The company is disappearing bit-by-bit.
