      Opportunities to to work in different domains - from telecoms to public sector to finance. Can be home based. Number of offices around the country. Can work from home when necessary. The people are very nice

      Company constantly in re structuring mode, management very cetralised and in-flexible. Constant cost cutting by redundancies, benefits reductions and .

      Pros

      People are sincere and genuinely want to do a good job, even in the face of obstacles. Employees generally work well as a team. I haven't run into many egos, as I've seen at big consulting firms, which can get in the way of working together effectively. New CEO is doing the right things to turn the company around.

      Cons

      The company has not been managed well over the last several years and has lost significant value. With that comes layoffs, loss of benefits like 401(k) match and raises.

      Pros

      Flexible work hours coupled with home based office makes this a reason to continue employment. Minimal supervision is the management model for most technical resources.

      Cons

      Constant concern over longevity of employment. Too much for too few people to possibly achieve on time and with consistent delivery.
