      Mis Management by the Senior managers Employees are not treated well Better ppl to be hired as managers

      Old company with new challenges creates the opportunity for career growth. Great product and solution set, industry leaders in many vertical markets. New Sr. Management team is turning the ship around fast.

      Some old timers don't like the change that needs to happen. Need more customer facing hires

      Remunerations are ok.. Work Infrastructure is good.. have good Good teamwork

      new ppl in management really suck.. looks as if they dont knw ppl management. no hikes given since 1.5 yrs, hope ppl get one this yr
