      If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to work in a time capsule where the year is perpetually 1983 but the workload is unmistakably 2026, this company has you covered. Imagine being handed every responsibility under the sun — with none of the authority, direction, or compensation that would normally accompany it — and you’ve got a pretty accurate picture of daily life here.

      Cons

      Do more with less” isn’t a motto here; it’s a survival tactic. You’ll be expected to juggle roles that would normally require three departments, all while receiving instructions so vague they might as well be written in disappearing ink. If you enjoy guessing what leadership might want and then being told you guessed wrong, you’ll thrive. The still have pension obligations that they keep meeting by cutting off body parts to sell to make the "C" level team whole. Selling the company for business is not an option since no one needs bad dept and no future. Signing one new client in a year and losing three is a math problem anyone can figure out.
