      Pros

      Name recognition. Most hiring managers have heard of Unisys and are more likely to take a chance on you.

      Cons

      No real room to advance within the company. I haven't seen turnover this high since my high school days working at McDonald's. Constant reminders, by management, that everyone is disposable. Constant threats, from management, that you will be fired for the smallest mistake, even if you haven't made any yet...just to keep you on your toes. Just a general contempt towards its employees.

      There is nothing I could say in favor of this company.

      Cons

      Employees are treated like disposable resources, not like technical professionals. Incompetent management. Huge bureaucracy. A disproportionate monster collapsing under its weight. The president spends money on unrealistic, delirious marketing fantasies. Execrable benefits; salary will never raise.
