      Pros

      Really nice coworkers. The worker bees work really hard and try to deliver the best.

      Cons

      No raises in years. Expected to work ALL the time. No work life balance. Way too much reorg in the last year.

      Going Backwards instead of Forwards After Advancing

      Pros

      Was initially a good place to work. Processes were followed, techs were trained properly, and management paid attention to any issues, and did not take a passive-aggressive approach to it. Now all that's left is a way to get your foot in the door at the company you are working for. When I started, there were quite a few key people who knew what they were doing.

      Cons

      Currently, seems management is out of touch with their teams, healthcare benefits have gone downhill, team morale has been dropping, and opportunities to advance are nearly non-existent and raises are minimal if they even happen at all. Feels a lot like contracts that are doing well are being punished for the bad deeds of other contracts due to the above. Policies, processes, and procedures are not thoroughly adhered to anymore, and often they will put too large a workload on one person and then provide help when not needed - after asking for it for awhile when there really was a an issue. Many key professionals have left - mentors - who have left a vacant spot in their wake and a lot of wannabes trying to be like them - without the knowledge or professionalism that should be a requirement.

      New CEO might not have a clue, recent big layoffs in engineering have left everything short-handed
