Pros
They have just signed 5 really nice contracts.... but then say they are losing money not sure how to take that one since they are doing layoffs as well.
Cons
The company does not have good benefits, there is a lot of out of pocket expenses, the company does help with a little adding 1000 a year to your HSA but you are out of pocket 7000 a year for family and you have to pay that before your insurance kicks in.... Also depending on your role they have a lot of extra management involved, and there is a lot of dotted line reporting as they have two companies, UTS and Unisys this makes it difficult if you are Unisys and you are not in alignment with the UTS leaders then their staff will follow their orders and not yours since they are the ones doing the yearly review. It is just a little crazy
