      Pros

      Work/Life balance Team collaboration Severance package: They provide a severance package based on your company tenure.

      Cons

      Typical of a technology company. You can't expect to stay at Unisys for long term- don't expect it to become a career. They conduct layoffs on a regular basis so keep that in mind when you work there. Leadership is also very typical- Not alot of diversity.

      Pros

      I'm able to work from home. There is plenty of access to free training to take on other roles. I've met lots of great people here. (Theoretically) unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      Constant managerial restructuring and turnover. Anti-LGBT policies. Raises and bonuses have been frozen for years now. Understaffing. Lack of communication between departments/teams. Managers will guilt you into not taking PTO. Blame games.
