      Pros

      Great direct manager, other than that there are none.

      Cons

      Was hired a few years back before covid as Remote, and now are being told that we must go into the office 3 days a week. I have never been to a Unisys office since my employment.

      Pros

      As a Field Service Engineer, your work life would be better if the working relationship between you and the client is good and you are able to handle most of the client support relationships without the involvement of Unisys management.

      Cons

      Management of FSEs is micromanaged. The management doesn't demonstrate confidence in the ability of FSEs to perform their job task in a professional way. It is not uncommon to be scolded like a child by management. Additionally, the pay is not competitive for this role.
