      Pros

      Early days were incredible! New ideas welcomed, innovation allowed, creativity was king ... and they recognized accomplishment and great efforts made for customers.

      Cons

      Think of it as a club, with too many managers having friends in higher places. There can be good, but given the many geographies I covered, much of the same.

      Worked with great team members. (non-leadership roles)

      Cons

      Bad leadership which leads to poor decision making, creating unsatisfied customers. All projects/programs are unstaffed due to funding and deliverables are not met on time. Compensation at Unisys is well below market value across the board.
